Landscape By Design has been involved from feasibility to completion on several large public open space projects.
Works have included: woodland clearance, planting, bridges, footpaths, cycleways, seating, fencing, play areas, multi-sports areas, lighting and drainage systems. Commissions include: bronze sculpture, bespoke signage and street furniture.
Public Open Spaces Bedworth, Warwickshire
Brockhill Park
Ponds, wetlands, cycleways, multi-court facility, lighting and extensive planting were incorporated into this intensively used open space in Worcestershire.
Gathering space
This deck area was created as part of a circular gathering space. A low wall provides casual seating whilst the deck provides a place to admire views over the lake.
Bollard detail
Individual bespoke bollards cast in bronze provide information about local tree species and enable children to take rubbings for school projects.

At this park in Warwickshire, native wetland species and balancing ponds were designed to provide a valuable habitat.
Silt removal
Restoration and refurbishment of an overgrown woodland. Completed in 2006 after extensive community liaison and the removal of 1,000 cubic metres of silt.
Restored Pond
Works included: woodland clearance, path construction, hardwood bridges and viewing platforms, planting, retaining walls and new entrance gateways.
